Any user found to be:

- Misrepresenting their age
Will be subject to:
- Immediate account termination with no opportunity for appeal
- Permanent ban from all YourPerfectLove services
- Report to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- Cooperation with investigations and provision of relevant data
